5-Minute Challenge

http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/

Dear Ones~
Papertrey Ink is giving us a run for our money this week. They are celebrating their 9th anniversary as a company, and there are activities and challenges every day for 9 days. Here's what they say about this challenge:

"Since we introduced the return of the Grab Bag today, we thought it would be fun to do a "Grab & Craft" challenge!  So, set a timer for 5 minutes and *grab* supplies for your project. Don't think about it too much, just grab what inspires you!  But don't grab too much!  You need to utilize everything you grab to create a project!

WOW - no pressure!!! So here's what I came up with:

I grabbed my new favorite stamp set from Papertrey Ink called Friendly Flowers, along with another set called Harvest of Berries. Also some inks, card stock and Stickles. I stamped a background on the card front with the Harvest of Berries and Tip Top Taupe ink. Then I die cut the flowers from Friendly Flowers, stamped them in various colors, and arranged them on top. Finally I added the greeting, also from Friendly Flowers.

Here are the Ingredients:
Stampin' Up Rich Razzleberry and Tip Top Taupe Card Stock
Papertrey Ink Rustic Cream Card Stock
Stampin' Up Rich Razzleberry and Tip Top Taupe Inks
GKD Dark Sage and Tomato Soup Inks
Paptertry Ink Friendly Flowers Stamp Set
Papertrey Ink Harvest of Berries Stamp Set
Stickles

What a fun time I have been having with Papertrey Ink's challenges and events. And I love all their new releases. Thanks for stopping by, I adore your comments!!

  6. I could never do this. I would be cheating because I would always need at least three things I did not grab, and discover I grabbed things that don't go together. I guess you have to have a really clear picture of what you are going to do. I do love this card. Fabulous colors and design. I do hope one of my friends wins.
