What a Hoot

Dear Ones~
What a beautiful couple of days - makes me smile.

Today's offering is for the Mod Squad Challenge, Birthday Card.


And for the Just Us Girls Challenge, Wild Card - Paper Piecing.


Here's my card:

 
This is an older GKD duo stamp set, and I just love it. That little owl is just so stinkin' cute. I used Enamel Accents to put dots on his little tummy. Lots of paper piecing on this one, including the balloons, and the background. The "belly band" parts were stamped with Grass Green Ink and a stamp from the Fabulous Holiday Fillers set.

    So very clever of you to use this stamp in this way. I never in a million years, would have done something like this. Turning it sideways makes it look so different. Cute Owl with dots on his tummy. Love all of your paper piecing. Grand job!
