It's TREND week over at Just Us Girls, and our host Ina has picked the trend WATER COLORING. This is probably my favorite medium.
Here's my example:
I found this beautiful patterned paper by Stampin' Up in my stash. It's retired, and I'm sorry but I don't know the name. I thought the Beautiful Day Stamp Set by Altenew matched the patterned paper perfectly, so I went with it. The striped piece is a Stampin' Up background stamp. LOVE that I can do the stripes in any color!! I watercolored the flower with my Zigs.....I adore my Zigs!!!
Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Fresh Asparagus and White Card Stock
SU Patterned Paper
SU Diagonal Stripe Stamp
Altenew Beautiful Day Stamps
SU Wild Wasabi, Real Red & Dapper Denim Ink
Darice Basket Weave Embossing Folder
Zig Clean Color Markers
Please visit the JUST US GIRLS

What a beauty! Your composition is A+. That striped piece is a perfect accent and I love that it is a stamp. It must be a Michigan thing with our love of Altenew!
