Dear Ones~
There's a new challenge over at Can You Handle the Pressure. For this challenge blog you MUST use an EMBOSSING FOLDER
on your project. Heat embossing (with embossing powder) is permitted but only IN ADDITION to your embossing folder design. Each new challenge will have a
'TWIST' which is optional ... your choice to use or not.
The OPTIONAL TWIST for today's challenge is:
FLORAL
And here's my card:
This card uses the awesome new bundle offered by Gina K Designs called Radiant Roses. For this particular creation I embossed a piece of watercolor paper with the embossing folder included in the bundle. Then I used Tim Holtz's FABULOUS watercolor pencils to color the image in. It was REALLY fun to do and I can't wait to play more with this wonderful bundle. This image really needed no other fiddling with, other than to add a greeting.
The Ingredients:
GKD Dusty Rose and Black Onyx Card Stock
Strathmore Watercolor Paper
GKD Master Layouts 2
Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Pencils
SU Teeny Tiny Wishes for Greeting
Trinity Stamps Fortune Teller Baubles
Stash Gold Thread
If you head on over to the Can You Handle the Pressure Blog and
play along, you could win this fabulous embossing folder, it's so adorable. Don't forget to
check out all the beautiful cards the other designers have created while you are there.
Until next time dear reader, ASPIRE TO BE INSPIRED, and here's CELEBRATING your CREATIVE MUSE.
