Power Poppy - Winter Blooms Challenge

Dear Ones~
This is my second post today. It has been quite some time since I have entered any challenges, so I thought I would try and rectify that. This one is for the Power Poppy Power and Spark Challenge. Here's what the talented Stacey Morgan has to say about this month's challenge:
“When winter comes, many of us long to say goodbye to the chill and say hello to those cheerful and fresh spring flowers! Did you know there are lots of blooms that sprout at the end of winter? How about Camellias, Crocus, Paperwhites, Holly, Snowdrops, or Poinsettias? Let’s see how you can bring these pretty little petals and glorious greens to life and enjoy this last bit of winter as well!”

Here is my card:
I chose the Power Poppy stamp set Springtime Love for this card. I really love the greeting that comes in that set - a quote by Wordworth. It makes me smile. This image was stamped on bristol and colored with Zigs. Just a little image, but I think it's sweet.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD In the Navy and Ivory Card Stock
My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Patterned Paper
Darice Basket Weave EF
Power Poppy Springtime Love Stamps
SU Night of Navy Ink
SU Layering Ovals Dies
Zig Clean Color Markers
Judy Dots

That's it for me, thanks for stopping by, I adore your comments.

  4. Great layout and papers. Ahhh winter flowers remind us spring is on its way and you have colored a pretty bouquet. Our camellias are blooming and the daffodils have sprouted. Beautiful design, my friend.
