Mod Squad Challenge - Get Krafty

Dear Ones~
This week Vicki Dutcher and I are hosting the Mod Squad Challenge. Our challenge is to use kraft on your project.

One of our sponsors is the wonderful stamp company

  https://www.kitchensinkstamps.com/shop/index.html

Kitchen Sink Stamps offers us a discount CODE: ModSquad15.
These stamps are amazing. Most have a multi-stamp feature that lets you get great detail in your images using several colors. There is real dimension with a 3-D effect! And one of the best features of this stamp company is that there are color recipes for most of the multi-step stamps, so you don't have to guess what colors to use. There are even alternative colors if you don't have the inks that are suggested. Maria from Kitchen Sink Stamps is a member of our Mod Squad Challenge Facebook Group so feel free to say Hi or ask any questions.

THE PRIZE
A $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE to the store.
You can pick your own goodies and there are lots of choices!

Here is a sample for you:
I used several Kitchen Sink stamp sets for this card. I began by using Versamark to stamp some stars from the Playful Stars Stamp Set onto a piece of kraft card stock for a watermark look. That's my background panel. I also heat embossed the stars with white and red embossing powder on another piece of card stock for another panel. The little bear is from the Multi-Step Teddy Bear Wishes set, and the hat is from Multi-Step Love 4 Ducky & Teddy. Then I finished off the greeting with the Make a Big Statement set. I also used a die cut from the Tim Holtz Scribbles and Splat die set.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Cherry Red, Kraft and White Card Stock
DCWV Red Glitter Paper
Red and White Embossing Powder
Various Memento & GKD Inks
Tim Holtz Scribbles and Splat Die
Quick Kutz Nesting Stars Die
Nuvo Crystal Drops in Autumn Red

Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to head on over to The Mod Squad Blog Challenge and play along. I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments.

  2. Holy Teddy Bear. This is too awesome for words, I love the star background and the scribbles die under Teddy. His little fist coming through a star is genius and the hat is adorable. You rocked this challenge.

  4. I just had to smile at that adorable bear. I love your starry background and that scribble behind the bear is the perfect touch.

  5. FANTASTIC! I love Kraft, but I really love the stars in Versa Mark on your background, how cool do they look? And that Teddy Bear, I picture a parade following him. His hat and the star he is holding are such wonderful accents too, as is that splat die--super cool! This is really sensational! It's also a fabulous Challenge!
