Just Us Girls #388 - Trend Week

Dear Ones~
This week is Trend Week over at Just Us Girls, and our gal Sue has chosen the trend MULTI-STEP STAMPING. I love this technique, it always adds so much dimension to a project! It's done by using multiple stamps that are layered one on top of the other, with darker and darker inks used with each stamp.

Here's my example:
This is a stamp set that was a "free with a $50 purchase" during Sale-a-bration over at Stampin' Up one year. It's always been one of my favorites, and usually doesn't need much embellishment. Here I stamped the greeting on vellum and heat embossed in gold. The multi-step stamp and rich patterned paper made this card a simple one to create.

Here are the Ingredients:
Stampin-Up Rich Razzleberry Card Stock
Stash Gold Card Stock
Stampin' Up Lotus Blossom Multi-Step Stamp
Spellbinders Deckled Rectangle Die
SU Inks In:
*Rich Razzleberry
*Sweet Sugar Plum
*Blushing Bride
*Wild Wasabi
*Garden Green
Craft Smith Flower Market Patterned Paper
GKd Fabulous Flowers Stamp for Greeting
Stash Pearls

Please visit the JUST US GIRLS blog to see the wonderful examples that our April Guest Designer Laurie, and the rest of the team have made this week. And remember, if you win Chic of the Week in any of our April challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of June!!   Good luck, and I hope to see you there.

Thanks for stopping by, I adore your comments!
They always make me smile!!
