I am the host for this week's Mod Squad Challenge, and my challenge is to Spark It Up. Use sparkle somewhere on your project.
The sponsor this week is Gina K Designs and Stamp TV
Stamp TV is a free online community featuring card making, stamping
techniques and project videos for paper crafters using stamps and other
products by Gina K. Designs. Be sure to check out StampTV for a ton of great videos and techniques. They also have weekly challenges. Shop Gina K Designs.
A $20 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store.
Here is my example:
For this card I used a die from Spellbinders called Glass Effects. I die cut in GKD Black Onyx,
plus in 3 other colors of glitter paper. Then I adhered the black die
cut to some lavender paper, and inlaid the other colors of glitter paper here and there
for a stained glass look. The flowers are from the Gina K Designs Stamp
TV Kit Flowers and Frames. They were colored with Copics. I used a couple of Martha Stewart punches for the leaves.
Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Black Onyx Card Stock
Paper Studio Glitter Stack Card Stock
Spellbinders Glass Effects Cover Plate Die
STV Flowers and Frames Kit Stamps
GKD Wild Blossoms Stamp for Greeting
Martha Stewart Punches
Copic Markers
Stickles
Wink of Stella
Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget
