Mod Squad Challenge - Ya Wanna Piece of Me?

Dear Ones~
This week over at Mod Squad I am the host.
I have chosen PAPER PIECING for the challenge.

The sponsor this week is Gina K Designs and Stamp TV
Stamp TV is a free online community featuring card making, stamping techniques and project videos for paper crafters using stamps and other products by Gina K. Designs. Be sure to check out StampTV for a ton of great videos and techniques. They also have weekly challenges. Shop Gina K Designs.

A $20 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store.

Here is my card:

I used the GKD background stamp Inspiration Mosaic for the background. I stamped it on white, and then again on several different patterned papers. Then I cut out the rectangles and pieced them on the white. I had so much fun mixing and matching my papers. I stamped the little critters from the GKD Spring Fling stamp set before I pieced so that I didn't have to do any masking. Oh, and I tied that bow using the tines of a fork. To learn how to do it, watch this video HERE.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Jellybean Green, Lemon Drop & Dusty Rose Card Stock
GKD White Card Stock
Doodlebug Designs Easter Express Patterned Paper
GKD Inspiration Mosaic Background Stamp
GKD Spring Fling Stamps
Copic Markers
Nuvo Crystal Drops
Stash Ribbon

Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to head on over to the Mod Squad Challenge and play along. I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments.
