It's been a few days since I have been in my craft room. Today I finally got some play time. This one is for the Dies R Us Challenge. Dies R Us is turning 2....congratulations. Happy anniversary and well done!!
Here's my card:
I have been playing with a couple of new Altenew stamp sets I got recently, Beautiful Day and Peony Bouquet. They are both beautiful multi step stamps. However, here I stamped just the outline of the Beautiful Day flower on watercolor paper with Old Paper Distress Ink so it was really light, and then colored the image with my Zigs. I love the soft look. The background die cut is from the Tim Holtz Mixed Media 2 set.
Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Ivory Card Stock
Colorbok Textured Card Stock
DCWV Butterfly Garden PP
Altenew Beautiful Day Stamp
Beautiful Day Coordinating Dies
GKD Fanciful Tags for Greeting
Tim Holtz Mixed Media 2 Die
Martha Stewart Micro Beads
Zig Clean Color Markers
Thanks for stopping by, I adore your comments.

Nice idea to use the soft look on this card. Love your spray of flowers on the sweet background. The gold embossing on the sentiment is awesome and makes an elegant card.
ReplyDeleteAren't those two stamp sets to die for? Pardon the pun. ;) I love them both and you've done a beautiful job no-line coloring yours, Judy.
ReplyDeleteYOWZA! I love everything about this beautiful creation! (in secret I covet that Beautiful Day set) I love the TH background die cut, it adds so much! The coloring of your blossoms is fabulous, I too love this soft look. Beautiful gold accents too! This is STUNNING!
ReplyDeleteThat pink die cut layered over the green is just so soft and feminine. Fabulous water colored flowers. That touch of pp on the side is perfect. Thanks for sharing it with us at Dies R US Anniversary Challenge.
