Dear Ones~
Double D has a fun challenge this time. It's ANYTHING with a tail. How fun is THAT? Hmmm.....does a Cattail have a tail??? I dunno. Anyway, here's the Mood Board for our inspiration:
And here's my card:
This card just makes me smile, I had so much fun making it. I took an old GKD background stamp called Fun Year Round and stamped it on some ivory card stock. Then I used the masking technique and stamped all those cute critters from the Woodland Friends Stamp set (part of the latest Eclectic Fun Card Kit) inside some of the circles. I also paper pieced with some patterned paper and colored the background with a dark brown Copic. The critters are colored with my Caran D'ache Luminance colored pencils.
The Ingredients:
GKD Ivory and Dark Chocolate Card Stock
GKD Fun Year Round Background Stamp
Woodland Friends Stamp Set
Honey Bee Fresh Brewed Patterned Paper
Honey Bee Summer Stems Patterned Paper
Caran D'ache Luminance Colored Pencils
Ranger Black and White Enamel Accents
If you head on over to the Double D Challenge Blog and
