Double D - Saying Hello

Dear Ones~
Happy Valentine's Day. Course by the time you read this, it will be over. Still.....I hope you had a lovely one. Today's offering is for the Double D Challenge "Saying Hello".  Look at this beautiful Mood Board for our inspiration:

And here is my card:
My inspiration came from the photo on the top right. I also got my inspiration from a video I just watched by Gina K HERE.  LOVE what she did with this new stamp set and I had to try it. It was so much fun and I think it turned out great.  I put Crystal Stickles on the popped up flowers, I wish you could see the sparkle. Really pretty. I stamped that Big Hello with GKD Navy ink and then double heat embossed with clear over the top, so the letters really stand out. That was a tip from Gina too. I also rounded 2 corners with my Corner Rounder. I forget to use that sucker, and I like the extra pizzaz it gives sometimes.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD White and Blue Denim Card
GKD A Big Hello Stamp Set
and
Companion Die
GKD Ocean Mist and Navy Ink
Blue Print Distress Ink
GKD Clear Embossing Powder
Crystal Stickles
Trinity Stamps Silver Baubles

Here is my card:

For this card I used a Gina K Designs stamp set called You Have My Heart for the greeting, which was heat embossed with GKD Fine Detail White Embossing Powder. I fussy cut the heart, but there are several die sets, such as Happy Hearts, or Single Stitched Circle Dies or Double Stitched Circle Dies which include a heart die in the set. For the background I used the  Heartfelt Stencil from the new A Big Hello Card Kit. Deco Foil Transfer Gel was applied and then Red Velvet Foil was heated for the shiny hearts. I also used the Blooming Hearts Foilable Sheets with Red Velvet Foil for the middle panel. The Fancy Border Die was used in black and red for added interest. Card stocks are Red Velvet, White and Black Onyx.

Glad you stopped by, and don't forget to head on over to The Mod Squad Challengehttp://modsquadchallenge.com/youre-all-heart/ and play along. You could win the prize! I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments!

Until next time, here's celebrating your Creative Muse.
