Double D - SPLATTER

 Dear Ones~

This time the challenge over at Double D is SPLATTER. Here is the Mood Board for our inspiration:

And this is what I came up with:

Who doesn't love a good splatter, it just makes everything better. Right? Here I used the Pink Fresh Sunshine on my Mind stamp, stencil and die set. I love when I can stencil the color on, it's so much easier than coloring with some other medium.

Double D - WATERCOLOR

Dear Ones~
This time the challenge over at Double D is WATERCOLOR. I LOVE this one, I'm so partial to watercolor!! Here's the Mood Board for our inspiration, just look at all that luscious color!!!

Here is what I came up with:

I just adore this sweet bird by Unity Stamps, he has never before been inky. I had a lot of fun watercoloring him with Tim Holtz watercolor pencils. Tim's colors are PRIMO!!! The background is done by stamping Gina's background stamp onto patterned paper  with Versamark and then gold heat embossing. I love how elegant it looks.

  The Ingredients
SU Cajun Craze & Soft Succulent Card Stock
Paper Studio Metallic Card Stock
Pink Monarch Prints Patterned Paper
Yasmen Patterned Paper
GKD Elegant Script Background Stamp
Gold Embossing Powder
Unity Stamps No One Sweeter Stamp
Honey Bee Mini Messages: Everyday Stamp for Greeting
Stash Ribbon
