Mod Squad Challenge - A Little Bit of Spring

Dear Ones~
This week Vicki Dutcher and I are hosting the Mod Squad Challenge. Our challenge is A Little Bit of Spring. We thought you might be getting tired of creating fall, winter and Christmas cards, so we are inviting you to create a card or project reminiscent of SPRING!!!

One of our sponsors is the wonderful stamp company
  https://www.kitchensinkstamps.com/shop/index.html
Kitchen Sink Stamps offers us a discount CODE: ModSquad15.
These stamps are amazing. Most have a multi-stamp feature that lets you get great detail in your images using several colors. There is real dimension with a 3-D effect! And one of the best features of this stamp company is that there are color recipes for most of the multi-step stamps, so you don't have to guess what colors to use. There are even alternative colors if you don't have the inks that are suggested. Maria from Kitchen Sink Stamps is a member of our Mod Squad Challenge Facebook Group so feel free to say Hi or ask any questions.

THE PRIZE
A $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE to the store.
You can pick your own goodies and there are lots of choices!
Here's my card:
I used an awesome mult step stamp set called Muli Step Lilacs here. It comes out beautifully and different color combinations can be used for different effects. With Versamark, I dipped the edges of the white card stock on which I had stamped the flowers, and then sprinkled on liquid platinum embossing powder and heat set it. It gives a pretty gilded edge that I love.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD White and Wild Orchid Card Stock
SU Old Olive Card Stock
K & Company Best of Susan Wingett Patterned Paper
Kitchen Sink Stamps Multi Step Lilac Stamp Set
Kitchen Sink 3-Step Daisy Stamp for Greeting
Various GKD and SU Inks

Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to head on over to The Mod Squad Blog Challenge and play along. I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments.

  2. WOW! You made those lilacs look fabulous. I could just pick them off your paper. Now if I could just smell them. I had about two dozen bushes when I lived in Colorado. I loved to bring them into the house. Beautiful spring card my friend.
