Dies R Us - Wine a Bit

Dear Ones~
Today over at the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog I use an awesome die to create a card with a wine theme. Here's my card:

I die cut the image from white card stock and then heat embossed it 3 times for a metallic look. I also did the same for the string element. For instructions on how I made this card, visit the

  1. Oh how FAB! Love your step by step tutorial, you forget to do the simple things like crumple paper and emboss more than once! Each detail looks great and works perfectly! Cheers!

  2. Look at all of the texture on this card. Crumpling that paper was genius and I love it. I also love the metal look of the die cuts and this totally masculine card.

  8. I've never embossed more than once, but I did watch a video the other day about it and after seeing your beautiful card, I need to start doing it. Love the look and fun subject matter. "Just because" is a great sentiment!
