Mod Squad - Green, Green Everywhere

Dear Ones~
Welcome to my blog. It's my turn to host over at The Mod Squad. The challenge this week is to make a project that uses only the color green It’s March, and time for St. Paddy’s Day once again. In honor of this celebration your creation must use ONLY the color green. If absolutely necessary you may use black, white, or any neutral as an accent, but the main color on your card MUST BE GREEN. If you use any other colors AT ALL besides these on your creation, it will be eliminated so as not to skew the numbers for the random drawing.

Here's my card:
I used many Gina K Designs products on this card. The background panel was inked with Distress Oxides and then stenciled with GKD Water Droplets Stencil with Grass Green and Christmas Pine Ink. Then the frame was stamped on Jellybean Green Card Stock with the Fabulous Frame stamp using Christmas Pine Ink. The Fabulous Frame was also stamped on the stenciled piece and then fussy cut to fit on the stamped image on Jellybean Green. Side interest was stamped with a Fabulous Frame Fillers stamp, and the greeting is from the Tropical Blooms Bundle, using the companion die to cut it out. Butterfly and leaf spray embellishments are from the Birthday Blessings stamp set, using companion dies to cut the images out.

Glad you stopped by, and don't forget to head on over to The Mod Squad Challenge and play along. You could win the prize! I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments!
Hugs~

  1. This is a beautiful card! This will definitely be a challenge to use only green. I did find the "happy" that you were not able to find in your description. It is a bundle, not in the die section. I did find the "frame and flowers" sets, but not the dies. Very confusing trying to find stamp sets. Thanks for sharing a great challenge.
