Dear Ones`
Here we are past the middle of January already. How do you like 2021 so far? 😏 At least Himself and I have received our first dose of the Covid Vaccine, and we are scheduled for the second dose on February 1st. I am so grateful for that.
Today's offering is for the next Double D Challenge, and that is FLOWERS IN CONTAINERS. Here is the Mood Board for our inspiration.
And here is my card:
I really enjoyed coloring this image from Stampin' Up with my Karin Markers. They are so lovely and easy to use. Highly recommend. I broke out a couple of old die sets by Spellbinders for this. I haven't used them in forever. They are the Vleur de Lis Squares and the Marvelous Squares. Back in the day, when they first came out, they were all the rage because of their intricacy. Remember? Dies today are so much more intricate. The industry has come a long way.

ReplyDeleteA beautifully designed card and your coloring is gorgeous! I still remember my first Spellbinders die purchase and still use it! Glad to hear you got your vaccine, nothing here yet!
ReplyDeleteIt is so full filling to use older dies and stamps and get the results that you got on this card. I am trying to do the same this year. That adorable little pot of flowers is so cute framed with these dies. I need to dig out some oldies too. Glad you got your vaccine.
