Our next challenge is up over at Double D. We continue with Flowers of the Month, this time it's July through December. Here is the Mood Board for inspiration:
My birth month is July, so my birthday flower is Delphinium or Water Lily. I chose the Water Lily, and here is my card:
I was so happy I had this Water Lily stamp from Ink on 3. It's perfect for the challenge. I colored it with alcohol markers and fussy cut it. The Perennial Essence patterned paper from Stampin' Up worked perfectly too with the Water Lily theme. I used some pretty baubles from Trinity Stamps to complete the watery look.

Gorgeous! Yes that Designer Paper is so beautiful! Your water lily is magnificent, great coloring and fussy cutting! Fabulous design, it really lets the flower be the star, it just POPS! Your texture accent and medallion die look amazing! Beautiful all over!

ReplyDeleteLove the gorgeous colors on your card. The background paper sets the scene, but flower steals the show. Using the white behind the flower was a great choice. Love it.
