Can You Handle the Pressure - FALL HARVEST (Anything Fall)

 Dear Ones~

There's a new challenge over at Can You Handle the Pressure.   For this challenge blog you MUST use an EMBOSSING FOLDER on your project.  Heat embossing (with embossing powder) is permitted but only IN ADDITION to your embossing folder design.  Each new challenge will have a 'TWIST' which is optional ... your choice to use or not.

The OPTIONAL TWIST for today's challenge is:

FALL HARVEST

This little apple stamp is a really old one by Gina K Designs. I think it is from a mini stamp set. I love it, it's really fun to color. I thought it would be fun to add some plaid to change things up. I also added the fun seam binding ribbon and some Judy Dots for a final touch. Do you know what Judy Dots are? They are pony beads baked in the oven at a low temp. They flatten out into perfect dots.

  6. I love when you color up that apple and slice--always so magical! Yes, a mini set, Harvest Of Wishes. I have it to and always reach for the pumpkin--not sure if my apple has ever seen ink lol I adore this creation! The pretty papers and layout are fabulous! Especially love that center panel and that lovely ribbon! I might add you have a tomato stamp that you use and that is just as magical--who knew?!?!

  7. Your apple is amazing, Judy, so realistic, and I love the use of plaid in two places. Are the Judy drops named after you because you melted them? lol

  8. Judy, your apple image is colored so perfectly I thought surely it must be a rub on or pre-colored digi. Wow! Such a pretty card all over. I have read about making dots from beads and have a bunch I've saved, but there they sit. Maybe someday I'll try it. You are great inspiration!
