Mod Squad Challenge - Lose the Lines

Dear Ones~
This week it's my turn to host the Mod Squad Challenge, and I have chosen to do some no line watercoloring. HERE is a video by Melanie Muenchinger showing this technique. Basically the image is stamped in a very light color and then colored in so that the line become invisible.

Our sponsor this week is Gina K Designs and Stamp TV
 Gina K Designs Craft store
Stamp TV is a free online community featuring card making, stamping techniques and project videos for paper crafters using stamps and other products by Gina K. Designs. Be sure to check out StampTV for a ton of great videos and techniques. They also have weekly challenges. Shop Gina K Designs.
THE PRIZE
A $20 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store!!

Here is my card:
I chose to use the GKD stamp set by Melanie Muenchinger called A Year of Flowers 1 for this card. I stamped the images 3 times on watercolor paper with Old Paper Distress Ink and then did some watercoloring with my Mission Gold Watercolors. Then I fussy cut everything out and adhered the images to my card. The background die cut is from a Mixed Media die set by Tim Holtz. The greeting is from Theresa Momber's set called The Wetlands. I finished everything off with some Nuvo Jewel Drops.

Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Dusty Rose and White Card Stock
Strathmore 140# Watercolor Paper
Tim Holtz Mixed Media Die
GKD A Year of Flowers 1 Stamp Set
GKD The Wetlands Stamp Set
Old Paper Distress Ink
Mission Gold Watercolors
Nuvo Jewel Drops

Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to head on over to The Mod Squad Challenge and play along. I can't wait to see your wonderful creations, and I adore your comments.
Hugs~
