BLOG CANDY ALERT!!!!!
All month long over at Double D we are celebrating the blog's 2nd anniversary. In honor of the celebration I will have some blog candy for some lucky winner. Stay tuned to the end of this post. This time over at Double D we are exploring What's in Your Kitchen. Here's a wonderful mood board for your inspiration.
There are so many possibilities on this mood board. Here's my card:
Now I don't really have any "kitchen" stamps, but we make cupcakes in a kitchen, don't we? So that's what I came up with. Plus the patterned papers have a kitchen theme. The cupcake and greeting are both from the Gina K Designs stamp set called Sweet Thing. I colored the cupcake with Prismas and fussy cut the frosting and wrapper, then glued them on top of a piece of Dark Chocolate card stock for a chocolate cupcake. I added a little glitter to the sprinkles for some mouth watering goodness.
Here are the ingredients:
GKD Ivory Card Stock
Paper Studios Olivia's Sweet Shop Patterned Paper
GKD Sweet Thing Stamp Set
Prismacolor Pencils
Glossy Accents for the Cherry
Stickles for the Sprinkles
Please come on over to the Double D Blog to see what the other designers have created. And you could win one of these
awesome prizes if you play along. Two lucky winners this time!
