Time for a new challenge over at Double D, and since it's June, we are celebrating WEDDINGS.
Here is the Mood Board for our inspiration:
And here is my card:
I thought it would be fun to do a vellum overlay so that the dancing couple would have an ethereal look. The greeting was stamped on the vellum and it was attached to the image panel, which was stamped and heat embossed with black embossing powder. The patterned paper is really a GKD background stamp called Rose Lace. I love it.
The Ingredients:
GKD Black Onyx and White Card Stock
GKD Rose Lace Background Stamp
GKD Always and Forever Stamp
GKD Black Detail Embossing Powder
SU Floral Essence Stamp for greeting
SU Vellum
Studio Katia Arctic Breeze Pearls
Stash Ribbon

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous creation, Judy! Adding the vellum does add even more elegance than without. I can't seem to use black embossing powder because of all the stray particles. Even with a paint brush, I miss a lot of them. What a beautiful card!!! 😍💐💙
