Mod Squad - Hearts and Flowers

 Dear Ones~
It's time for another challenge over at The Mod Squad Challenge. This time our theme is Hearts and Flowers, in honor of Valentine's Day.
 SPONSOR

       SHOP GINA K DESIGNS

Gina K. has been in the stamping industry since 1998 and started Gina K. Designs in 2007. As the business grew, Gina asked her husband Tom to leave his position as an attorney to join her in the business. Together they built StampTV, an online video website featuring broadcast quality paper crafting videos, galleries, a social network for paper crafters and more! Since then they have created a new website called Gina K Designs. Gina now has over 200,000 followers over her various social media networks and video sites from all around the world. Gina’s goal is to continue to offer top quality signature products through her online store Gina K. Designs, along with informative and creative crafting videos. There is also a monthly card challenge, where you have 3 chances to win a $25 gift certificate. Visit that HERE.

PRIZE

A $20 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store.

And here is my card~

I decided it would be fun to stencil over some patterned paper (thanks for the idea Nancy Leppek) so I chose one from the GKD patterned paper pack Smitten. It was really fun, you should try it. I love that cute stencil set from the new Luck & Love Kit from Gina K. This is my first Valentine of the year, I better get busy!!!

I love the little button dies from the GKD Master Layouts 4 Die Set. Here I cut 4 of them and layered them together. I think it makes a cute little finishing touch.

GKD Passionate Pink, Black Onyx and Dusty Rose Ink

  3. I love that floating hearts stencil and when you used it here over a pandered paper.... well swoon! That is fabulous, but just look at the details in the colors and that lacy banner and circle too. Love the scrip on the sentiment and the ribbon. I probably would have left it there, but you added that sweet pink heart and a cute bow on top. Nice!
