Can You Handle the Pressure - Leaves

Dear Ones~

  There's a new challenge up over at Can You Handle the Pressure.   For this challenge blog you MUST use an EMBOSSING FOLDER on your project.  Heat (wet) embossing is permitted but only in addition to your embossing folder design.  Each new challenge will have a 'TWIST' which is optional ... your choice to use or not.

The OPTIONAL TWIST for today's challenge is:

Here is my sample:

Don'tcha just LOVE gnomes? They are all the rage right now!!! I saw a really cute door hanging that was a gnome whose beard was made of leaves and I thought, geez, how brilliant. I'm gonna make a card like that. I have a tiny oak leaf punch that was perfect for this project, and punching them all out went fast. I did some ink smooching with Distress Inks on a piece of watercolor paper and away I went.

GKD Cream and Kraft Card Stock

Darice Fall Leaf Embossing Folder

PTI Scribble Circles Die

SSS Gnome Die for Hat and Nose

Marvy Oak Leaf Punch

Various Distress Inks in Fall Colors

Ranger Verdigris Embossing Powder for Hat

Copper Embossing Powder for Greeting

GKD Simple Sentiments for Greeting
