Dear Ones~
The theme this time over at Double D is Christmas Stockings. Here is the Mood Board for our inspiration:
And here's what I came up with:
This one was tough for me. I looked and looked, and the ONLY Christmas Stocking image I had of any sort was this tiny one from a stamp set I got along with a cardmaking magazine. I love the embossing folder I used for the background. I inked it up with Versamark and then ran it through my die cutting machine with some kraft card stock. Then I liberally sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heated it up. Doesn't it look FABULOUS? The stockings and greeting were also stamped with Versamark and white heat embossed.
The Ingredients:
GKD Kraft and White Card Stock
SSS Scandinavian Christmas Embossing Folder
Versamark Ink
GKD White Fine Detail Embossing Powder
Cardmaking Scandi Christmas Stamp
SU Rectangle Stitched Framelits
Trinity Stamps Satin Gold Baubles

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing design you did. I absolutely love that background and the matching stockings too. I am surprised that you don't have the save stamp from Gina K that Donna and I have. Lol
ReplyDeleteIt does look fabulous! Kraft and White is such a classic combo, a great one for Christmas too! That Embossing Folder is just lovely, very creative use of it! Merry Merry! Yeah I'm surprised you don't have that GKD Kit either lol
