This week is COLOR WEEK over at Just Us Girls, and our gal Vicki has chosen black, purple and green. What amazing colors to play with.
Here is my card:
Since it's almost Halloween, these colors would be great to create a Halloween card, but I chose to do something different. Stampin' Up has just released a fabulous stamp and die set called Christmas Quilt and I just couldn't wait to use it. This image has been paper pieced with the appropriate colors and then the pattern on the star was stamped with black ink. I think this new set is fabulous.
Here are the Ingredients:
GKD Black Onyx and White Card Stock
Paper Studio Trick or Treat Patterned Paper
Stash Green Glitter Paper
Stampin' Up Christmas Quilt Stamp/Die Set
Impression Obsession Stamp for Greeting
Judy Dots
Please visit the JUST US GIRLS
blog to see the wonderful examples that our October Guest Designer Karola and the rest of the team have made this week. And
remember, if you win
Chic of the Week in any of our October challenges, you will be
in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of December!! Good luck, and I hope to see you
there.
Thanks for stopping by, I adore your comments!
They always make me smile!!
