Dies R Us - You Are Sweet

Dear Ones~
Today over at the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog I show how to make a card that could be used for many occasions.

Here's my card:
I recently watched THIS video where Kelly Latevola showed us how to do alcohol inking with gold foil details. I'm tellin' ya, this is a stunner. You MUST WATCH this if you use alcohol inks. The technique is so much fun and the results are amazing. I used a little panel of it here on this card.

Here is a close up of the panel. I wish you could see it in real life, this photo doesn't do it justice. It's really hard to photograph that gold foiling but it's there.

Hop on over to the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog to see how I made this card.

Here are the Ingredients:
SU Rich Razzleberry Card Stock
GKD White and Blue Lagoon Card Stock
Bazzill Gold Foil Card Stock
Sue Wilson Friendship Dies
Concord & 9th layering Leaves Die
Poppy Stamps Pierced Borders Die
Ranger Alcohol Inks
Stash Ribbon

  3. This is marvelous, Judy. Thanks for sharing the link. I watched both videos and will be playing with my alcohol inks again soon. I did some yesterday and totally forgot about the blending solution. I still got some good backgrounds using other techniques but I love how yours and Kelly's turned out.
