Mod Squad - Pumpkins, Pumpkins Everywhere - AND GIVEAWAY!!!!

 Dear Ones~

I have a new challenge up over at The Mod Squad Challenge Blog. It's a simple one, just include a pumpkin on your project. Pretty easy for this time of year.

 SPONSOR

                                             SHOP GINA K DESIGNS

Gina K. has been in the stamping industry since 1998 and started Gina K. Designs in 2007. As the business grew, Gina asked her husband Tom to leave his position as an attorney to join her in the business. Together they built StampTV, an online video website featuring broadcast quality paper crafting videos, galleries, a social network for paper crafters and more! Since then they have created a new website called Gina K Designs. Gina now has over 200,000 followers over her various social media networks and video sites from all around the world. Gina’s goal is to continue to offer top quality signature products through her online store Gina K. Designs, along with informative and creative crafting videos. There is also a monthly card challenge, where you have 3 chances to win a $25 gift certificate. Visit that HERE.

PRIZE

A $20 gift certificate to the Gina K Designs store.

Here's My Card:

For this card I used the GKD Haunts and Harvest Stamps and Companion Dies for the pumpkins, the little bats, and the greeting, stamped with GKD Obsidian Amalgam Ink. For the background I stamped the leaves from the GKD Skeleton Leaves Stamp Set and also flowers from the GKD Painted Blossom Stamp Set on GKD Ivory Layering Weight Card Stock with GKD Embossing and Watermark Ink and heat embossed with GKD Detail Clear Embossing Powder. Then I did some ink blending with Sweet Corn, Tangerine Twist, Coral Reef and Cherry Red Inks using my GKD Blending Brushes. I store the brushes in the GKD Brush Caddy Stand. I used the Master Layouts 1 Die Set to cut the background panels, the greeting banner, and the ovals. The images were colored with my Copics. Card stocks used were GKD Ivory Heavy Weight and Black Onyx

AND NOW FOR THE GIVEAWAY
I will be giving away a nice box of all kinds of goodies, from stamp sets to inks to dies to coloring supplies. LOTS of Gina K stuff will be included, so it's got to be good, right? All you need to do is follow my blog and leave me a comment below. I will be using Random.Org at the end of the challenge to pick a winner and will announce who they are here on my blog the next day. Sorry, but I can only ship to the contiguous US. Good luck!!!

  11. I followed, I think it went through. I enjoyed reading about your card, truthfully I've never thought about clear embossing some components but not others, I typically stick to sentiments. I'll have to try embossing some items and see how well it can help them pop. I always check in on your MSC challenges but have only GKD foil so I don't think that counts.

  31. Judy, your card is a work of art, just like everything you do. I've always loved the details and care you put into your cards. I hope you see this comment because I want to thank you for the birthday card and I cannot find an email anywhere. Seems odd after all these years. You sent the card with the woven b&w patterned strips and it's fabulous. I would make a mess of something like that, for sure. Hugs!
