We had a wildfire near us here in Northern Michigan over the weekend. It's 90% contained, but they are watching it very closely. Any strong wind could lift a spark and start it up again. PLEASE, if it is dry in your area, don't have a campfire. That's what started this one, and over 2000 acres have been lost. This is what stupidity looks like:
Until next time dear reader, ASPIRE to be INSPIRED, and here's celebrating your CREATIVE MUSE.

Oooh love that quilted looking background, great texture. The gold is so perfect for weddings. Loving Gina's curved floral die too. This is so elegant!
ReplyDeleteOh how exquisite my friend! Absolutely beautiful! Thanks for always sharing such awesome inspiration! [sad face] yes why are people so stupid ... no rain for 2 weeks and they don't give a thought to what could happen when they start a fire ... good grief!!!
ReplyDeleteSo elegant and ravishing in gold and white. That curved floral die is one that I must have. You created a knockout card.
ReplyDeleteLove how you used that floral die with gold, so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI thought about you last weekend, Judy, and hoped you weren't feeling/smelling the affects of the fire. What a beautiful wedding card with that gorgeous gold outline die.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and oh so elegant. The gold die cuts are awesome.
ReplyDeleteSimple and gorgeous, and the embossed background is subtle enough to support without interfering. It pains me to learn of yet another wildfire and I'm sorry this one was so close to home. Can you fix stupid? I wish.
ReplyDeleteGogeous colours and wonderful crafting.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the beautiful elegant and classy gold on the embossed white, I will have to (or at least try) to store that in my memory bank. Yes the fires are tragic, people are so careless, we drove thru the area on Monday and then again on Tuesday, not blue skies for us at the lake house and Lake Huron had a smoke fog over it from the Canada fires, a freighter went by and it looked like a ghost ship!!
ReplyDeleteHow awful about the wildfire so sad. Each year in Greece we pray that people will take care and not start intentionally or unintentionally wildfires unfortunately every year there is so much damage so sad. On a brighter note your car is beautiful and just love the gold a very classy card indeed.
