Dear Ones~
This
time over at Double D the challenge is NAUTICAL. Lots of
possibilities with this one. Here is the Mood Board for our inspiration:
Here's my card:
I don't have too many supplies that would help create a nautical theme, but I managed to find enough to design this card. I thought the hemp cord was a good embellishment as it looks like a rope you would use on an anchor or to tie a boat to a slip. That vellum circle adds a whimsical touch, don't you think?
The Ingredients:

ReplyDeleteLook at you, throwing everything on this gem! And it all works beautifully! Love each and every detail, the net, the anchor, the ship's wheel, those chains and the perfect sentiment! AWESOME!!!! The gold accents are lovely too!
ReplyDeleteWonderful nautical creation Judy! So many amazing details. I love the gold border chains. The blue and gold are a gorgeous color combination.
ReplyDeleteI so love and respect your sentiment! Your card is an example of how you can display a lot of die cuts or elements on the front of a card, but it takes talent to make it look amazing. You did that!
ReplyDeleteThere is so much to love about this nautical card, Judy! Every element is wonderful! Hope you are doing well.
