Can You Handle the Pressure - Things with Wings

 Dear Ones~
There's a new challenge over at Can You Handle the Pressure.   For this challenge blog you MUST use an EMBOSSING FOLDER on your project.  Heat embossing (with embossing powder) is permitted but only IN ADDITION to your embossing folder design.  Each new challenge will have a 'TWIST' which is optional ... your choice to use or not.

The OPTIONAL TWIST for today's challenge is:

THINGS WITH WINGS
 And here's my card:
I LOVE making these little shadow boxes, and they are not that difficult once you get the hang of it. You can really make it any size, it just takes a little figuring. I also love that little moth in the lower left corner. It's part of a die set that is mostly flowers, and the moth is kind of an afterthought with the whole set, but I think it's do dear. I paper pieced the little angel's dress with some patterned paper.

Here's a close up of the little guy. Kinda hard to see him, but his wings are made of glassine paper.

  3. Hi, Judy. Just having a peek at everything I've missed in a month. It's all amazing, of course. Lovely and inspiring. This little angel is the sweetest thing and I really love the moth. I hope to start up again soon, but each day is a surprise.
